Wrong item shipped or item arrived damaged
DragonflyMasksCo stands behind our products. If there is a problem with your order (e.g. the wrong item was shipped or the item was damaged during delivery), please let us know immediately by sending an email to team@dragonflymasksco.com along with a picture. We will then send out a replacement item or issue a refund if the item is no longer available as soon as possible.
Cancel an order
If you would like to cancel your order, please do so within 2 hours of placing your order and contact us at team@dragonflymasksco.com If it has been more than 2 hours and we have not started working on the item, we will be happy to process the cancellation for you. If we have started working on the item, we unfortunately will not be able to cancel your order.
Exchange an item
If you would like to request for an exchange, please contact us at team@dragonflymasksco.com for an approval along with a picture of the item. Once approved, we will reply with the return shipment address. You are responsible for return shipping costs as well as the replacement shipping costs. Exchanges are accepted on unaltered item within 14 days upon delivery. The item must be in re-sale condition (unwashed/ uncut/ odorless/ not altered). If the item has been altered, DragonflayMasksCo will not be able to process your exchange. Unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange any item that has been personalized (e.g. embroidered name), as it is a custom-made item specifically for you, and cannot be sold to someone else.
Return and refund
If you would like to request for a return and refund, please contact us at team@dragonflymasksco.com for an approval along with a picture of the item. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we receive the package and inspect the condition of the item, we will provide the refund. You are responsible for the return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable, so the refund you receive will minus the shipping cost on the original order. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund any item that has been personalized (e.g. embroidered name), as it is a custom-made item specifically for you, and cannot be sold to someone else.
